Over 12 years of operation in New Zealand, M&O Pacific has developed a diverse range of competency based training courses to meet the needs of NZ companies across the full spectrum of industry.

With our global strength and resources we are continually updating our courses to meet global standards, and can source trainers and courses to satisfy a wide variety of your training and development requirements.

Wide Range of Training Services

M&O Pacific is your ‘one stop shop’ for a diverse range of training services, to ensure a safe and efficient workplace, and to meet many of the requirements of Occupational Health and Safety (OSH) legislation. All training courses and services can also be customised to meet your specific requirements for content and duration.

Courses are conducted by qualified professionals, and include;

  • Emergency Response Training
    Training to prepare people for a diverse range of potential emergency situations;
  • Offshore safety Training
    OPITO approved HUET, Sea Survival and BOSIET Courses;
  • First Aid and Emergency Medical Training
    Full range of training courses from basic to advanced life support that follow the guidelines of the New Zealand Resuscitation Council;
  • Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Training
    Training and assessment of Level 2, 3 & 4 Unit Standards for a variety of ITO’s;
  • Maritime Training
    IMO STCW95 Courses as accredited by the NZ Maritime Safety Authority (MSA).

NZQA Accredited

M&O Pacific is registered with the New Zealand Qualifications Authority (NZQA) as a Private Training Establishment (PTE), and through a variety of Industry Training Organisation’s (ITO) we are accredited to assess against numerous Unit Standards. Trainees receive nationally recognised training, and may have their training registered on the NZQA framework, and work towards National Certificates.

Specialised Training Venues

M&O Pacific is able to conduct training courses at our clients premises, or at one of our specialised training venues:-

  • Classrooms and Administration Centre, Manadon St, New Plymouth;
  • Live fire training pad and training complex, Safety Training Centre, Oaonui;
  • Marine Training Centre, 28 Manadon Street, Spotswood, New Plymouth

M&O Pacific conducts all of it’s operations according to our Quality Management System (QMS), and we have been Quality Assured to ISO 9001:2008 standard by Bureau Veritas since 1998.
